无地面控制点卫星摄影测量的技术难点The difficult problem about satellite photogrammetry without con-trol points

摘要(Abstract):
从OIS(Orbital Imaging System,建议)、ALOS(Advanced Land Observing Satellite,计划中)和IKONOS三个传输型摄影测量系统高程误差估算中看出,无地面控制点条件下,卫星摄影测量要达到高程误差σh≤CI(3.3(CI为成图规定的等高距),技术实现上难度很大,其中最关键的因素是外方位角元素 的量测精度,文中对削弱d 的影响之途径作了简要讨论,并认为LMCAED相机(线阵-面阵组合相机)摄影是最佳途径之一。
